Punter - Chuck Ramsey

Quarterback - Norm Snead

Defensive End - Calvin Pace/Michael McCrary

Linebacker - Buddy Curry

Running back - Brian Piccolo

Oline - Richard Baldinger

Yeah, I looked at Piccolo. He has an award named after him but its more becasue he died than anything. He didnt contribute much to the game.

He led the nation in rushing and scoring in his senior season, and was named ACC player of the year. He managed to make the Bears as a free agent, and worked his way into the starting lineup but was diagnosed with cancer after his 9th game as a starter. So he accomplished quite a bit before he died.

this was a classy move though:

"In 1963 Darryl Hill of the University of Maryland was the first and only African-American football player in the Atlantic Coast Conference. According to Lee Corso, who was an assistant coach at Maryland at that time, Wake Forest had the "worst atmosphere" of any place the Maryland football team played. Piccolo went over to the Maryland bench, walked Hill over to the area in front of the student section, and put his arm around him, silencing the crowd.[1]"

He was a practice squad player, back up to Gayle Sayers, and undersized fullback on a one and 16 team.

Ok, but just wanted to point out that Rusty Larue was never in the pro's. Well, he played for the NBA for a little while, but thats it.

True. but he broke alot of records and i like his name.
