I agree with Roddy, Goodell is overpaid and a lousy commish. A lot of people on this board could do his job as well as him.

You might not like his policies or how he has meted out punishments but his stewardship of the NFL from a leadership and revenue standpoint are well worth the money he is getting paid, IMO.

I think Roddy White's whining/jealousy on "the boss" getting paid so much more than he gets paid is just that - whining and jealousy. In Roddy White's world, only those who run, catch or tackle should make millions of dollars. That ignorant and childish view belies his own childish ignorance on the subject. Just in case the story of his nearly going bankrupt in his rookie year but being saved by his mom stealing his credit cards wasn't indicative enough, of course. :thumbsup:

According to Roddy, someone who can run and catch a ball is worth millions. But someone who can successfully run and operate a multi billion dollar business isn't.

now I don't agree with everything Goodell does. player celebrations being fined and some other stuff, but overall, he is a good commish and has expanded the game into more avenues than before. he deserves alot of credit for that

I'd like to see Roddy White do what Goodell does on a daily basis. Its always funny to me when someone who catches a ball for a living criticizes a guy who actually uses some intellect to earn his paycheck.
