If anything should heaven forbid happen to the Big Cat....

what is going on in Buffalo, what happens to the bills now that Wilson has passed?

Because of the estate tax, the Bills owner's daughter can't inherit the team because it would be too costly. So basically that team gets sold to the highest bidder after Ralph Wilson's death (he is 90 years old)

None of our business. It's a privately own business. Hopefully we won't find out for another 20 years. Very inappropriate thread IMO.

It certainly is our business.... I like the team in the Richardson leadership and can't fathom any other owner. This guy reminds me of the Rooney family with his steady leadership and without the meddling that other owners commit. I hope we don't have to find out anytime soon, but in the event the Big Cat passes away one would hope that Mark Richardson steps up and keeps the control of the team in the Richardson family.

I agree. I think it is our business. Considering what the fans have done for the franchise as well as Richardson. By that I mean PSL's.

I would like to know. However, I hope nothing comes of it for many years down the road.

    • Then why are they paying QBs so much compared to other players? QB are making so much it's harder and harder to pay other players. If a guy plays like 1 of 11 then there pay should be in line with that. Not all QB should be breaking the bank just because your next or a former 1st rounder There is a reason they say try to win it all on a QB rookie deal because after that they can cripple a team on what it can do. I would rather not do that for a bottom 1/3 QB. Cam and Jake have been the only QBs worth investing long term into this team has had I would rather not lower the bar. If a guy don't got the IT factor and it shows I would rather not invest long term into them and keep looking
    • Aho…come out and prove me wrong boy.
    • I mean, I hear what y'all are saying, but Derrick could have been positive without being negative.  He essentially accused people of not seeing Bryce's improvement because of their desire to not be wrong. He could've kept it about Bryce and the team. For example, he could've said: "Bryce has made strides, and we believe in him. This coming season, his continued improvement will turn a lot of people into believers."  That would've been supportive of his teammate and sent a message to the doubters. That being said, his tact almost summoned and left the door ajar for more skepticism. That's my take anyway. Bryce has improved from the bottom to perhaps skirting the line between the bottom third and mid-third at best...after three seasons. We've all seen it. Yay! In my mind, Bryce has still got a long way to go and a short time to get there, but my expectations are top five--at least top 10--always! Yes, I am a fan, so there's that, but I don't believe it's unreasonable to expect excellence. Hopefully the Panthers FO has the same mindset (and that doesn't even necessarily have anything to do with what we gave up to acquire him). That is the lens I'm looking through. Derrick Brown has his homer glasses on. He just needs to be more diplomatic and thoughtful with his words in my opinion, but I get it that he's a good teammate.
