But those of you laughing and dismissing the possibility that Tampa would move up 2 spots are ridiculous. If they love Richardson and believe Cleveland is a REAL threat to take him at 4, moving up just 2 spots to get him is a smart move.

You move up to target a specific guy you want. You see more teams move up a couple if spits for a guy much more often than those huge jumps like Atlanta did for Jones.
