Need Some Video Game Advice

fallout will give you a lot of hours but the game is pretty bland in comparison to skyrim/oblivion

I think I'm gonna grab Fallout New Vegas next time I get a chance. I'll look more into some of the other games suggested too, so thanks for the suggestions.

I was also sorta interested in Portal 2. Can someone give me a bit of a debriefing on that?

Portal 2 isn't bad. It's a puzzle game done in first person. You have a gun that shoots portals and you try to figure out how to move from one room to the next.

InFamous, Little Big Planet, Uncharted, and God of War are some of the best PS3 exclusives. The Batman games are worth looking into.

Yea def the God of War and Arkham Batman games. ICO/Shadow of the Colossus IMO are great games.

I have kind of given up on sports games on the PS3. NHL is my favorite out of all of them, however.

New Vegas is a decent game without the DLc, but a great game with it. I'd definetly make sure I got it.

Also, if you plan on playing FO3, I'd play it first. They are both great games, but NV added and improved on some elements that you would miss when you went back to FO3.

Exploration's a lot better in FO3, though. (not to say it's bad in NV)

Uncharted 1-3 (lol at the guy who said 3 was horrendous and played itself, strong over exaggeration.)

Arkham Asylum and Arkham City as mentioned

Portal 2 is great, you might not know what's going on if you haven't played the first though

God of War Collection (1&2) and God of War 3 as mentioned

Max Payne 3

Can't go wrong with any of these, I'll try to think of more to post later.
