Put up 300 lbs again on deadlifts. Then did a set of sumo lifts at 225 and 180 like Darth Biscuit suggested. I definitely feel it more in my inner thigh with those. However I'm not sure if my form is totally correct. Im kind of a lanky guy so maybe it just seems odd.

Oh if you follow P90X like you should, it is no joke for sure.  People on here have had great success with it.

Crossfit same way, but it's like a damned cult.

Cat and I have discussed this before... I've had people make fun of me bc I go to the gym everyday or give you a "back handed" compliment about working out so much, fug them.

I love it when overweight people ask me why I work out so much and eat healty.  They say "but you don't need to lose weight".  Yeah I know thats because I watch what I eat and exercise.

Exactly.

I work a desk job and sit in front of this computer 8-9 hours a day.

If I didn't hit the gym after work every day and at least attempt to monitor what I eat (even tho I don't do as good of a job on it as I could) I would weigh approximately 400 lbs.

At yoga last night my instructor had us focus on legs and hips. She kept coming around and adjusting my hips into some incredible awkward position.

I haven't been this sore in ages, I just finished Insanity and never was close to be as sore as I am today.

I have heard that yoga is srs bizness.  Never tried it.

I worked out a few weeks ago with a lady in my gym that does fitness shows.  I had seen her doing all kind of crazy leg stuff... man she about killed me.  We did some squats and stuff I'd never even seen before and she made me do these double dip lunges across the gym and back.  I had a real hard time getting out of the bed the next morning.

Any time you change it up like that your body takes notice.

It's no wonder her ass and legs look so awesome.

That's what I'm getting ready to do, I need to change things up more frequently. I'm putting together a new workout schedule, lots of variety and workouts I haven't done in a while.  It's easy for me to keep falling back to Insanity because it seems to be the most bang for the buck but I need more diversity.

If you have the chance or can find pics I'd love to know what kind of squats and lunges etc she was doing

    • He has a heftier contract than you would think. I think the issue is that the Texans will want likely more than he is worth. They are in no great need of trading him.  I am fine with Mills as a bridge attempt, no issue with that. I just don't want to be seeing top 4 round draft picks headed out the door, even considering our lack of ability to capitalize on them.
    • You're gonna mess around and hurt someones feelings
    • He’s set financially for life barring complete fiscal lunacy. He has $12.3 million guaranteed. Think about that. Twelve million three hundred thousand dollars, he’ll be 28 years old when his contract is up and he’s completely forgotten about if he never plays another down in the NFL if he so chooses. Say after taxes he ‘only’ brings home $6M (fire your accountant territory) and parks $4M in a run of the mill mutual fund… good God… What I’m getting at, IF homie ain’t feeling the NFL, he has 12,300,000 reasons to take the fewest NFL edition ass kickings as possible while waiting out his very wealthy non-football future.  Obviously completely talking out of my a$$ with this… but if you hated contact, didn’t want to live with a completely wrecked body for the rest of your life and you know you’re set financially… what path would you take, assuming you’re cool with being a quitter (not calling him a quitter, I’m just playing out a scenario)? Why do so many first rounders bust? Where was he before his one year wonder if he was such a stud?  Everybody likes the dude on a personal level. How could you not? …. but I like seeing a winning product even more. He doesn’t play like his head is in the game. The Why is where the speculation lies and helps to clarify if his issues are ‘fixable’ or not.
