Question:

The middle upper part of my back is sore (trap and neck muscles) and feels tight. I'm thinking it has to do with squating with heavier dumbells, My question is, do you think that's a sign of bad form with my back and shoulders or is that typical when making a weight change?  

 

 

Tempted to up my squats to 60lbs but my knee still feels shakey when I squat. :(

Deads again today... My Monday lift while all the bros do chest...

It's hot as a monkeys balls right now in my gym... Those fugers need to turn the damn air down.

Did my usual sets but ended with 520 today instead of 500. Trying to push to get up to 550.

poo dude I'm in Orlando today and did my cardio at the YMCA. It had to be 85 degrees in that place. I am currently rehydrating with Rebel IPA at the Miller Ale House.

So i'm on a reducing sugar kick. I've been reading about it and trying to reduce my sons sugar intake which is harder than one would think. I watched the documentary last night called Fed Up and I'm going to put more effort into it for myself and my son.

I've had to cut out weight training for a while because of inflammation.  I hated it at first, but now I actually feel better than I have in so long.  I'm just focusing on cardio and core.  I might just stick with that indefinitely.  Being jacked up is nice but there comes a point in your life when it's not worth it anymore.

Pulled my back doing upper body yesterday.  I actually pulled it during my pre workout stretch. Wasn't going to puss out so I finished my workout anyway. I'm reluctant to go at it today though because it's leg day and leg press can have a tendency to stress your back. May just do some intense jump rope today.

    • Are you arguing that his height deficiencies and footwork within the pocket have not been a present issue clearly seen on his game tape particularly in the games he struggled in? Because that's simply denying what everyone in this fanbase who have watched the games have seen. It's interesting how hardline BY fans here quickly and effortlessly pivot from whailing about being victimized to becoming the aggressor and hurling out allegations of bias and hatred. And at the end of the day while Bryce Young clearly improved significantly from the first two games of the season the reality of the situation is he still finished 42nd in yards per pass attempt behind Mac Jones and tied with Caleb Williams and 38th in passing yards per game behind the likes of Gardner Minshew Aidan O'Connell Drake Maye and Will Levis. Furthermore it took Bryce Young 23 games to surpass Panthers legend Kyle Allen's 13 games worth of passing yardage in 2019. So if your argument is he became a head and shoulders better passer over the course of the second half of the season the reality is we're still waiting to see that growth this season. And there is nothing controversial or vitriolic about saying so in the mind of a rational
    • Cam regularly threw for less than 200 yards and nobody questioned he was elite. He averaged 219 yds per game for his career.  You seem to be way too hung up on yards as a stat.  By that definition Jameis Winston should have been MVP by now. 
    • So... what metrics for production do you believe display these issues/limitations best? Are we only using total passing yards, height, and weight thresholds? If so, then what are those thresholds?
