I like him so far. He speaks intelligently and always seem to have a plan for any player he gets questions about. And he’s got a lot of Pete Carroll style energy. As long as he doesn’t go full preacher, I’m cautiously optimistic. -
When you listen to him it's easy to get excited but truly the only that matters is winning if he doesn't do that it won't matter how good the vibes are -

While I don't think we should go after Dak, Dallas has been choking in the playoffs for 20 plus years. Can't really blame it on Dak. I think it's because they are decent to good enough to win the division or make it as a wildcard, but usually not as good as the media makes them out to be. They lost to better teams. Take last years game. Yeah, Dak sucked. But Dallas's supposedly stellar defense last year was abused by the Packers. Two of the first three td drives for the Packers were long drives where Green Bay ran and threw as they pleased. And then when Dallas was trying to get back in the game, that supposedly great defense gives up a 27 yard run and this gem. If there was a choke, it was a team effort.
