Free Agent Upgrade Possibilities

I may have miscounted but I see 54 guys making your team. Surely some of them will be on IR by the September cut so it's moot. I could see Jason Williams making the team if things happen right for him(injuries). Richie Brockel is a darn near lock to me. He can line up all over the place, it's nice to have one of those glue guys.

It's looking like Kealoha is the KR and Joe Adams is your punt man. Seyji Ajiritutu is a valuable special teams player. If Kealoha or Joe Adams can play well as a wide receiver you could see David Gettis in trouble. I'm not joking. This guy is a 6th round pick that got minutes on one of the worst teams in Panthers history. He missed all of last year and now has competition. He was having knee trouble in OTAs. If he doesn't come out blazing in camp you could see him stashed on IR or off the team.

In terms of free agents, I don't see anyone starting for us that is not currently on our roster. Maybe a corner. We just need to roll over as much cap as possible for next season.

I'm not worried about RT at all. If Otah and Campbell suck, we just go with Bell. Yea he's not spectacular, but he's serviceable and reliable.

I doubt we make moves for any real players in FA. We may cut scrubs and sign scrubs. Positions with ? like DT and CB had some mid level talent available at the start of FA. We didnt bite, teams aren't going to cut good cheap talent. We have what we have plus some garbage to be added later
