Make a wish Foundation.

Recommended Posts

My next door neighbor, is a resident of Greensboro, NC. He has a chronic disease of his liver, he had to have a transplant at 1 year old. As i walking outside to get to the paper, I noticed he had a Cam jersey on. I said do you like Cam my man? He replied yes sir I love him. I proceeded to ask him how he thinks he will do this season, and he answered superbowl. I said to him, I am trying to get some Panther tickets, do you think you and you're dad can go. He responded i don't wanna go in public, people make fun of me. As then my heart dropped. I thought about it all day. As i went back out to play basketball, I noticed his father, and tried to tell him about the idea of him and the Make a Wish foundation to meet Cam Newton and spend a whole day with him as the kid that was granted that with DeSean Jackson. He dad thought it was a great idea and singed up him. We haven't told him. Comeon guys I know I get alot of hate on this board, but all I ask is for prayer, if you say this kid you feel like me. So please just pray that this will go through, and make his dream come true.

God Bless.

Good shitt, I'd love to see that and Cam is 20 times better with kids than anyone that has been on the show yet.

this is one of the easier wishes for make a wish to accomplish and i dont think that the child will have a problem achieving it. the restaurant i work at partners with make a wish for two months out of the year and we just raised $30,000 for the foundation. a kid has already met cam last year and i think they will be able to make this happen for this child.

    • I have said if you out even an average QB into the offense we are averaging 25+ points a game. But that will never happen with Bryce under center.
    • The defense is 28 out of 32 in salary cap allocation for 2025. We have a ton of resources tied up in the offense including the highest paid OL in the league multiple 1st round WR's and multiple recent draft picks across the offense at TE and RB and we have two 1000 yard backs. Bryce and company couldn't get past Tyler Shough and his crew in 2 games. That's all there is to it. You can spin it and put the entire onus on the defense to your heart's desire it doesn't change the fact that this is an OFFENSIVE team now. If you want to argue that we should revert back to a defensive identity as we have been in the past which has brought us success then I will agree with you on that. But as it stands the onus is on the offense because that is where we have invested through the nose. Dave Canales and Bryce Young need to do a hell of a lot better than they have against the rebuilding Saints who without us should only have 2 wins this season.
    • Bryce is not trending up. He is the same QB he has always been. Bottom of the league in most categories.  If Canales thinks he can build a contender with Bryce then he is a bigger idiot then I thought.  Offense next year will have the same issues and be just as inconsistent as it was this year.  We have seen Bryce’a ceiling and it is 175 yards a game and that is not a QB you keep around as your starter. That is barely a backup.
