am i a terrible american for not giving a crap about the summer olympics? i mean, i don't like watching people run, swim, or play table tennis. i don't get my jollies off of watching 13 year old girls bounce around on a balance beam.

please convince me to care about these "games."

I love watching the Olympics. Not every sport is enjoyable to me but most are.

Also, the little girl gymnast aren't nearly as good as the men gymnast, they are incredible. What they do amazes me.

don't get me wrong...i'm a big supporter of 'merica, but the olympics kind of bore me. maybe i'd get into it more if i was there. kinda like watching golf on tv doesn't interest me, but seeing it live is pretty cool. i will tell you, what these athletes do is incredible, but i just can't get into it.

I love the Olympics and try to watch every time, summer or winter. I will try to catch the opening ceremony tonite but I have a bunch of stuff to do. (I hate NBC coverage though)

      We're going to have several (4-5 by my count) rookie starters and several starters on D that were on other teams last year. They need a lot more preseason snaps, especially the rookies! NFL is a big jump from college ball. And as it has already been pointed out, we need to hit the ground running and win those early game!

      I would like to see the Starters in the first 2 preseason games get about 2 series each.  The final game should be those that are fighting for a roster spot.   Plus I don't expect to see any real difficult plays being run. Very vanilla

      AR was never ready to be the opening day starter, just like Bryce. These rookie QBs are rushed into service when they really need time to develop and learn without the pressure of being the immediate team savior. I liked AR with the right HC, not Frank, and always thought he'd need some time to get up to the NFL speed and competitive level. He probably would have learned over the course of the year that running repeatedly into NFL defenders as a QB is a recipe for a short career. Cam was the exception, not the rule.
