Seyi Ajirotutu

ajirotutu and nannee are two completely different players, not sure why comparisons are being drawn other than the superficial fact that they are wide receivers from san diego

Well, there's the way the ball clunks off their hands, neither attack the ball rather just letting it come into their bodies. Neither ran very crisp routes or fought for the ball.

I made the comparison weeks ago and I stand by it now more than ever.

I am willing to bet that a lot more WRs hit the field against the Jets than most would think. As has been stated. This is the last live action coaches have to evaluate. If they are happy with 3 or 4 guys, those guys may not get a lot of work so the otherz can get some time with Cam.

My thought is that Lafell and Murphy start. If they play well enough they get rest. Let the other guys compete against the Jets. That gives you some great film.

Or, we play the first half like a real game, and let the kids have the second half. Some of it with Cam, just not a lot.

Hellz, I don't know anymore. I confused myself.

So, people who like Seyi want him to do what Murphy has been doing?

I don't really hear much about him flashing potential or mentioned by other players so I don't have high hopes. I will give him the fact that he is in his third year so he's still young.

... did you forget pilares? bc he isn't going anywhere.

No, I did not forget him. Unfortunately. JK. Outside of a couple of good KO returns I am not really impressed. I have heard some good things out of camp. Moving him around and all.

He may be our KR, and even catch a few balls. I just am not as excited about him as other folks. It is his third year, so he probably is safe. I just wish .... if he had it to show, someone would have seen it.

It's just his 2nd year. Last year as a rookie, he won the KR job, including taking one for 6. He plays a key role on ST's. He's caught everything thrown to him so far this preseason, including a nice slant in the last game for 30+ yards.

Is that not a good enough first year performance for a 5th round pick?
