Going after someone on twitter is childish and pathetic. Grow some balls, show up to the game and tell it to their face. It's not an indictment on Panther fans because every fan base has these losers. It is an indictment on our society as a whole. The only thing worse than going after a pro athlete on twitter is going after a local beat writer on twitter.

lol wtf there was nothing wrong with CJ's game today. He might not have registered a sack but he got some good run stops, and on at least one of the sacks he did as much or more to cause it as the guy that got credit for it (I forget which, maybe the first one). He was bullrushing pretty well tonight and got good pressure. CJ is one of the least deserving of criticism in this game, lol.

He is over paid, but it's not his fault he's over paid.

We had to pay him because he is our best DE, which is sad.

We have to overpay for mediocre-good(not great or game breaking) players because of Hurney.

I disagree greatly and would post the stats and anecdotal evidence to show you that you were incorrect, but honestly its not worth it.

      This is what I mean. I am not some huge BY fan. I honestly don't look at QBs the way a lot of you guys do. Right or wrong, I've always looked at them as just another cog in the machine. Didn't want BY or even a trade up for a QB in 2023. We saw in the Super Bowl how important the rest of the team is on any given Sunday. Now... so PFF, who has no reason to prop up BY, says he's first in 2 stat lines and Panthers "fans" are arguing why it's either wrong or a made up stat just to make BY look good. Even though they have multiple stat lines where he's literally last in. Like 32nd in the NFL. Some he's even lower than 32. Take a step back. Try to objectively self analyze. This is just not sensible.  Same thing I see with other teams' fans and their QBs though. We analyze every single throw on every single play. For every other QB, most here are only using highlights to judge. Makes a difference. We saw Stafford miss throws when they played Carolina - both games. We saw Love throw crap up when they played Carolina. We saw Dak miss throws when they played Carolina - and Pickens was putting on a SHOW. We saw Josh Allen win a game with 163 yards passing against Carolina, but if BY does it he's crap and can't pass for 200 yards. Gents... come on.

      None of us think we're contenders this season but no reason we're doomed to 5 or 6 wins either. Dan has to have another 2025- like draft class and at least 2 key free agent signings. We're not Seattle but they don't win without 5 starters from their last 2 draft classes and Darnold and Lawrence in free agency.  Alas,  we'll have to wait one more season for a QB upgrade.

      I've got nothing else to say really than: Ayup. Here we are again. Again.  All we can really hope for is progress. If we improve as much again, it'll be good. If we don't, it'll be foretold.
