Steve told Cam to watch DA play so that he can learn. His comments did not go on beyond that. He said that it was for learning purposes. I have no problem with him doing that, or telling the media thats what he's said.

The media was going to find some way to rip on Cam this week based off our embarrassing loss on Thursday. If not for Smith's comments they would've found something to blow out of proportion and/or harp on.

Fans just need to be patient and understand the media blows things out of proportion. Nobody cares really, just a bunch of idiots have some conversation starter for a week. Cam won't let his career be ruined over that or he wouldn't have made it this far given his history.

Funny thing was..Cam wasn't pouting like the other players. He just looked dejected. Where is all this talking about him poutingcoming from? I think Smitty was trying to drive the point home with Cam. Smitty is getting desperate, he has no patience for Cam's slow development this year.

Also agree with the fine folks regarding the on feild, and in house, type of gossip. It should be left where it started. Everyone loses their shitt every so often during the heat of battle. What you say there should stay there. Same with the lockerroom, or the film room, or anywhere for that matter.

it should have been said privately behind closed doors but i'm just glad something was said...i'm sick of Cam's pouting...it's ok to hate losing but don't act like an 11 yr old about it...he's expected to be a leader for this team and he needs to start acting like it...rally your guys when things aren't going well...don't just isolate yourself on the bench...give your coaches the respect of looking at them when they are bringing in-game notes over to you...don't just stare off in space...it's time for him to grow up
