How I will immediately know the game is over sunday

The option is dead. Its time to abandon that crap and just hand it off to our RBs from regular formations. If you want to mix in the option 2-3 times to try and hit a couple big plays then fine but I'm sick of doing it for the majority of our runs. It just doesn't work anymore.

i've seen san fran run a couple of option plays so far actually.

difference is it's a variation in their scheme, something to throw opponents off track, and not operated as a base set. which is exactly what we did last year when we looked like world-beaters on offense.

OP is right. if we come out slinging this poo off the bat drive after drive, it's pretty much an indicator that we're going to stick with it for the rest of the year, for better or for worse (probably for worse.) if we're going to make a change it'd make the most sense to implement it over the bye when we still actually halfway have a shot at turning things around.

SF is running all over Seattle!!! This coaching staff is sick to their stomachs right now... Knowing they had a fugged up game plan going in.

We are not SF.

They have 3 1st round picks on their Oline(they been saying it all game for some reason) we have 1 on ours.

We were the best run blocking team last year. And don't give me that draft pick bull, Ryan Kalil who was a 2nd rounder(now on IR) is a 3x probowler(more than Gross) and a 1x all-pro.
