If you have one a day, and eat healthy, take supplements, exercise, and live an otherwise healthy life are you more likely to get cancer from your one dip a day than talking on cell phone, wifi, or countless other normalties that are now part of your life?

I have a good friend pretty high up in a tobacco company.

Its criminal what they do to the tobacco to make it more addicting to consumers.

Did it for 10 years. Quit for 2. Had a series of unfortunate events. Stressed out of my mind and somehow found my way back on it. Now wanting to kick myself in the head but my foot wont reach.

Told myself this was the last tin before this thread even opened up. It is disgusting. It will kill me. Got to find the will power to quit cold turkey like I did before.
