Gruden won the super bowl. Criticize him all you want, but he's accomplished something the Panthers never have and probably never will at the rate they're going.

Also the Bucs got rid of Dungy because he couldn't get the job done.

He was let go in Tampa in part because the majority of the team hated his guts and said they wouldn't play for him.

After winning the Super Bowl with Tony Dungy's team, he never even sniffed it again.

Throw in that rather than developing quarterbacks, he just kept switching them.

Yeah, he's fun to watch on MNF and Gruden's QB Camp.

He should stay there.

Yeah, he'd have Cam start one game, then go to Derek the next, followed by Clausen, then he'd bring in Jeff Garcia for 2 weeks, followed by Donovan McNabb for a week, then go back to Cam saying he has always been his guy.

I love his personality on TV, but hate him as a coach.

It would be different if he had either inspired his players to move mountains OR had them playing at a high level despite hating him. Instead he managed to extract some success from another regime's players then completely lost control of his locker room because noone could stand him while simultaneously failing to get them even close to replicating his initial success.

Not to mention the never ending parade of QBs because all the cool coaches need to start camp with a six-pack right?
