Jordan Senn Shout Out

This guy has the attitude this team needs desperately.

All day yesterday he was screaming his head off from the sidelines. Encouraging his defense to shut em down. Even when most of the team was sitting on the bench and hanging their heads.

I expected Gross to yell at the offense, since he is the leader and all.

Have you ever seen Gross pull the o-linemen together to talk about protections? Or to give them a pep talk? Didn't think so.

The o-line is soft and unmotivated. Hell, I'd rather see Byron Bell with a C on his chest.

Would love to see Cam do that, kinda like Manning was. Maybe he does and the cameras just don't show it.

Gross is always talking to the line on the bench.

I'm not talking about him sitting in his spot with the other o-linemen alongside making idle comments about the previous play. I'm talking about him huddling up with the linemen around him to try to inspire some improved play.

Perhaps he's done it and it's just never shown on TV.

Always been a big fan of Senn. He is a firecracker out there... Another thing I question about Rivera is his reluctance to use talented guys who have proven they can contribute in the past - Senn, Gettis, etc. With Senn, yeah, he still plays, but he seems to be out there a lot less than he used to. Even just in ST, he just doesn't seem out there as much as he used to be...

    • I think where they would be picked if redrafted before both classes have played enough football to really tell.  Baker literally looked like a washout with us after Cleveland gave up on him, then turned world beater with the Rams, got a prove it deal with the Bucs and has looked awesome ever since. Asking where Ward would’ve went had he went in ‘24 is just stupid.  I’m no GM, but I wouldn’t have taken Williams #1 either.  I would’ve taken Joe Milton way higher than he went.  I think Shadeur should’ve been a first round pick this year.  Point being, opinions are like buttholes, everybody has one.  It’s my opinion that Ward has that “something special.”  I get that feeling that he’ll be an even better pro than he was a collegiate QB because of whatever that quality is.  I think he’s gonna surprise a lot of people, especially being such an under appreciated first overall pick.
    • Where do we get our T-shirts and hats? Pretty sure this is the first championship ever in professional basketball or football in Charlotte!
    • Nice turnaround for Kon.  I’m still a little worried about his ability to create for himself and others, but it was SL.  Come regular season, he will playing a much different role and shots will be there for him.  He showed some reason for hope - and not just him, but the whole squad.  I suppose for the first time ever, we have drafted and acquired enough young talent that we actually not only competed for once, but won the whole thing in summer league.     Kon, Simpson, and Sims made all the difference.  Almost every year prior I felt we always struggled because we usually didn’t have a floor general/real PG to get us into offense.  This was such a breath of fresh air.  And look at us!  We finally are champions!😂
