Panthers PR guy is tired of fictional stories about Cam

You mean people did not like it when the Panthers were losing and they in turn blamed the starting QB?

Thats gotta be a first!

Didn't seem to care that the Panthers were losing more that Cam celebrated when we were down two scores and had a bad press conference.

KT is right. so many posters on here are quick to call a black athlete a thug, but yet there is no response. even when that person has no charges or had an issue with the law, just based off the way they carry themselves in a game.

Someone says thug and you/KT immediately go into racist mode. Maybe it is the two if you that gave the issue with race.

Thug is NOT a racist word.

Now that being said, Cam is not a thug...not a pun...not an asshole.

He is immature...he is arrogant...he is a bit if a diva. I think the struggles he us having now and the

He is immature...he is arrogant...he is a bit if a diva. I think the struggles he us having now and the pressure the media us placing on him will actually do him good. He is learning what it takes to lead...what it takes to deliver late in games...what it takes to be the focus of media attention as an NFL QB.

It us tough on him now, but we all can see changes in him from the beginning of the season until now.

No it isn't.

I'm pretty sure I would piss off a black guy a TINY bit more if I called him a N***** instead of a thug.

If the intent is the same, what does it matter? Why is there such a strong need to put labels on blacks here? Can I start using derogatory terms to describe Kuechly? JR? Danny Morrison? Then tell you you're too sensitive about it? Treat others how you want to be treated Kurb and you'll have less headaches. And stop IMMEDIATELY COMING TO THE DEFENSE of idiots. Be a moderator. MODERATE.

If Keuchly behaved in the same kind of way I wouldn't care, hell to be honest I don't care anyway because its just someone's OPINION.

Your entitled to say whatever you want it's your right, just as the rest of us are entitled to not give a poo what your opinion is.

What you fail to realize is that you arguing with them over it just substantiates it, if its not true why should it bother you in any way?

    • Umm yeah. When did he get it done at the right time? I seem to remember a 4-6 finish and needing Atlanta to win our way into the playoffs but whatever.
    • I mean....no lies detected. See above. We have traded a fortune to draft a guy #1 overall that people have lowered standards for to the point that not playing like Jimmy Clausen and looking like a poor man's Kyle Allen occasionally is worthy of a contract extension making him one of the highest paid QB's in the league. That is cope on steroids.
    • summary: "let's talk about your draft, what did you think about Freeling" Dan:   guys with a huge upside, can come in and compete to start.  High ceiling "he does what for your offense?" Dan:   it's hard to find left tackles, guys that big and athletic.  We have Icky coming off an injury, we signed Walker, I believe your offensive line can never be too strong.  If we're going to win the game, it's gotta be up front on both sides of the ball, so we make a point of emphasis on making both sides of the front as strong as possible. "how many mocks did you see Monro falling to you." Not many times, left tackles are gonna go a lot earlier than when we took him.  We want to add the best player, in free agency or the draft"  that's our philosophy, to get the best players possible. "Hunter and Brazzell." Dan:  we followed the board.  Lee we felt very highly of him , super strong.  Brazzel so flexible and loose, can open the verticle.  Will Lee we held in high regard. "you take a look at your receiver room, Coker, my goodness, your offensive rookie of the year in Tet.  Lost Rico, but there is Jonathan Brooks. " Brooks coming off two knee injuries, he worked his way back, looking great, fully healthy, will help in pass and run game.  Icky, not sure when he's coming back but we're excited about both "plan on extending Bryce" we'll keep talking, will keep internally.  We believe in him, has such a great grasp of Canales and offense, has improved every year. "he's clearly come back from the benching, the arrow is trending up, where does he feel" Bryce knows where we stand with him, when and if a deal gets done, he knows we feel great with him, we'll get something done at the right time. "if this a prove it situation?" everyone in the building has to prove it, has to earn it. Tmac was everything we wanted, his work ethic, he's so big and talented, but he puts the work in, and is a great teammate. "your level of expectation, the building's level of expectation for 2026 "our goal is to win the division every year, we know we have to earn it.  we have to put the work in every day, proving it on the practice field, and our  guys know that." "schedule" we haven't opened at home in 2 or 3 years.  We love prime time games, hope we get some "
