I'm lactose intolerant. I can only use real milk if it's processed. (Cheese of food.) Otherwise it's soy milk for me.

I have been buying powered milk for my Doomsday supplies (cooking only). And vacuum packed soy milk, cereal.

Is your organic milk pastuerized? I know some people like raw unpasteurized milk, but personally I wouldn't drink it unless I knew how it had been handled.

Yeah, It's ultra-pasteurized actually. I don't like raw milk, I prefer my milk to not taste & smell like the ass end of a bull.
