Cheap, High Quality Jerseys

Counterfeiters have also done more business as the price of jerseys has risen. A knockoff of a stitched official Nike jersey that retails for $135 sells on these sites for as little as $20 and often includes free air shipping from Asia that allows a consumer to have the package in eight to 10 days. Nike is in the first year of supplying jerseys to the NFL. Counterfeiters also offer variations of products that licensees don't, such as camouflage jerseys with team logos on them.

Is it just me or does this entire paragraph prove that the NFL just doesn't get it.

yeah, if they sold their product at a reasonable price, no one would bother with the counterfeit merch, even the nicest Jersesy you buy from the team store have a manufacturing total cost of $10 yet sell for $250, seems legit right?

Agreed.

I actually got on the jersey trend before it became popular to wear for fashion... In my late teens, I had all kinds of football jerseys. Right around 2002 or so, they were going for $60 a pop. Once they switched over to the "NFL Equipment" crap, it all went downhill. I haven't bought an NFL jersey since.

I just think it's ridiculous that they kept upping the price and the last couple I had bought were not worth what I paid for them, so I just quite buying them. Now, I do want a Smitty jersey before he retires and a Cam jersey as well (maybe a Keek down the road), but I just haven't felt the need to blow $200+ on one. There are a lot of other things I can do with that money.

Even if I did buy a jersey (I'm not because of how insane the prices have become, which is a shame because I used to love buying them) I would never ever buy a jersey that the casual observer is going to look at and read as Koochly.

I'm sorry but I'm just not.

Ha I will say the single thing that I have bought of official NFL merch that has received more praise from other fans and praise in general for just being cool was the 2009 special hoodie that was speckled from blue to black, thing is pretty freaking awesome looking, and since I have switch to more things like shirts and hoodies that are more practical for every day use instead of a Jersey that feels out of place outside of football season.

if I'm going to dup $50-$100 on merch I'm going to wear that poo

I used to rock some dope ones back in the day. Old school Olajuwan, Derrick Coleman, and a Abdul-Rauf were in full rotation. Had a powder blue Eddie George Oiler jersey and a purple Moon Viking one. Damn those were the days. I can't afford that poo now.

I have many, many jerseys for various sports. Most of them are all real. But since I got into NFL I guess I've been broke / not wanting to spend that much on a jersey.. But I found a website that sells real nice, high quality ones for dirt cheap. Not condoning it, but when you can get a legitimate looking jersey for pennies on the dollar, why not.

Plus if you mess up a real jersey it sucks. Not so much when they only cost around $40.

I just lmao at those who spend hours looking for "high quality cheap nfl jerseys". It just doesn't exist. Just get a real job, quit spending time on the internet and you'll be good.

Well both fake and real jerseys are made in the same province of China anyway.

    • Not exactly sure that is an honest assesment of the talent he had to work with that year. Olsen had over 1100 yards that season making the PB, Stewart had close to 1100 total yards also going to the PB. He had Kalil at C who went to the PB, Trai Turner at RG who also went to the PB, and Michael Oher at LT who played well enough that the Panthers offered him a new contract the following year. I wouldn't call that a trash OL. He also played with a defense that was stacked with talent as well.   "The thing we are doing better this time around is actually surrounding our #1 overall draft pick QB with talent vs. asking him to completely carry the offense. I just hope that effort is leading us to realize that the guy isn't even good enough to get carried." Please.... Did you not read the list of names Newton had to work with his rookie season. I guess you missed it so I will post it again for you... Steve Smith (PB), Greg Olsen (PB), Brandon LaFell, Ted Ginn JR, Deangelo Williams (PB), Jonathan Stewart (PB), Jordan Grossn (PB), Ryan Kalil (PB) on the offensive side and then he had Luke Kuechly (PB), Jon Beason (PB), Thomas Davis (PB), Star Lotulelei, Kawann Short ( PB ),Charles Johnson, Greg Hardy (PB ), Mike Mitchell, Josh Norman (PB)  For comparison, here is who Young had his first year.  Chuba Hubbard, DJ Chark, Jonathan Mingo, Adam Thielen, Hayden Hurst, Ikem Ekwonu, Chandler Zavala, Bradley Bozeman, Nash Jensen and Taylor Morton. Not a single PB player on the list and most of them aren't even playing any longer. Additionally, his HC was fired during the season and the defense was as bad as the offense.  You might not like the comparison but saying Newton had to completely carry the offense isn't exactly fair to the 4 pro bowlers on offense who played with him that year.
    • That's why I say we have to keep looking. Even if you believe Bryce is the guy, KP and Grier are not and who knows if King is anything more than a gimmick player, we should be active in improving our 2nd QB spot. Season ending injuries happen, and you don't just want to roll over and give it up. How many starters have we seen come from the ranks of backup? Having 2 potential starting QBs is one of the best problems we could have.
    • Eh, it’s more on how bad the refs are. Some of these calls against the canes are no calls
