Do we draft one, resign DA, or keep Pickles?

IMO Pickles needs to GTFO. He has shown absolutely nothing. He looks like an idiot standing on the sideline every Sunday with that hoodie (To think Marty was trying to trade UP to draft him LOL). Drafting one would be a wasted pick with all of our needs. We have to try to resign DA. If he goes to Cleveland, we are in a bit of trouble unless there is a journeyman QB out there that can fill in if needed.

Think of the Saints game when Cam went out. If Jimmy comes in, he doesn't move the offense down the field like Anderson did. Free agency looks to be slim pickins. This could be a serious issue if we are stuck with that Notre Dame failure.

Pretty sure even pickles could've moved the ball on that Big 12 style defense.

Worst defense ever. Literally.

    • I was just gonna say, Canales earned my respect with that move coming in as the new guy and being able to objectively say, “sit him.  He’s not good,” regarding your owner’s pet project and former #1 overall pick in his second year. I was explaining to my friend who is a Bears fan that while the pieces we’ve added could help Bryce, we essentially are putting the ball in his court - if you can’t win with this, the next guy will.  QB will now be a plug and play position for us if the Bryce experiment fails because every position around QB is ready to win.
    • It should be an easy decision at the end of this year. You don't move on from a franchise QB just because they aren't a top 5 guy. The last team I can think of that did it was the Browns and see how that turned out. If Bryce sucks this year it's an easy move on.
