Thought he was the most pro-ready QB in college last year. I think he and Geno are going to do really well. IMO they are the only two who have everything NECESSARY to be great QBs. Meaning intelligence, work ethic, arm strength. Glennon needs to learn to be more assertive but if he gets that confidence he is going to have a nice career. A LOT like Joe Flacco IMO. Maybe isn't going to wow you with stats but is going to do big things for his team

He has the arm, and the brains. I think he just panics sometimes. Dont know if that can be fixed but if it can be he could be a sold starting QB.

He's got the physical attributes, but he seems to be another Blaine Gabbert type QB that panics and makes bad decisions. He struggled in the bowl game and threw some terrible passes. He could become a solid enough starting qb of he's developed carefully, but if were in the market I'd want us to look elsewhere.
