Could not agree with you any more and I live in Florida.  However, to get the suspension he probably got caught more than once and if you are paying me 390k a year, I would quit after the first time I got busted.

The NFL isn't lax on this but they aren't exactly totally strict either. You would have to be pretty damn careless to get busted for smoking weed. Quite a few players do it, but you don't see them getting suspended routinely.
