Peppers

Many of you will hate this and I'm sorry for that. I live in New York so I never met another panthers fan so I never get to discuss feelings on players, coaches etc. I was wondering after these last couple years of him gone how does panthers nation feel about peppers. When he left I hated him and wished death upon him, but when I watched a bears game last year at my friends house Idk why but something inside got excited when he got a sack. I still hate him and glad he is not on the bears what he was on us but there's still that thing inside that kinda likes him. Glad hes gone now though so it made room for my man hardy and cj though. what is everyone's feelings on him.

He left on bad terms and we could care less about him. He was a gifted lazy defensive end that might be gay.

I thought about a hypothetical scenario recently; What if Peppers comes back to Carolina?

We might just lose Kraken. The Bears are a garbage team beating up on weaklings and then getting the media to slob their knobs. Cutler sucks and their defense is aging. Peppers left because he wanted to go to a team with a QB/contender.

He can f'off personally. We really did win out on that deal. Carolina is  in much better shape than the Bears. We are on the upswing while they are going down the gutter. We've got Cam and we've also got the best pair of DE's in the league without shelling out a 100 million to Julius "I only get sacks against crap teams" Peppers.

    • Three Panthers selected, one of which I think is very surprising, can't really argue with the rest. They seemed to base it on multi season heaters over single season  https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/45042048/nfl-best-all-quarter-century-team-25-years-tom-brady-randy-moss-ray-lewis     Spoilers in White below Julius Peppers at DE, Luke Kuechly at LB, Christian McCaffrey at RB
    • We’ve started the last 2 seasons 1-13. You’d think with so many rookies assumed to be getting significant playing time the past couple of years that we would get them as many snaps as possible. A guy like Moton doesn’t need the snaps but Young did. Young didn’t have a 200+ yard game with no INTs until week 16 in 2023 and week 12 in 2024. The young guys need reps. 1-13 isn’t worth keeping our offense a secret until we start the season. I don’t recall a single good reason for us to act like we were an experienced playoff team the past two years.
    • I have been watching these guys for a while now and I like Kon, VJ and also Tre for that matter.  But I put on Ace Bailey it’s a different level.  That dude can easily be the best player out of this draft.  His upside is ridiculous.  His shot making at that size is nuts.  Put him at the 2 or 3 and he will have growing pains but whatever.  I think he can be great and it won’t take long.
