I played against the other Steve Smith in the playoffs in high school back in 2000. He was a man child at 15 years old and lightning fast. He was the first Steve Smith that I had ever known. Fortunately, he was not the Steve Smith that I would grow to love.

 

So the funny part of playing against Steve Smith in high school was that his quarterback was Rick Clausen, Jimmy Clausen's older brother. I can only picture little Jimmeh in the stands cheering for big brother.
