Former Panther Connor arrested

First line of the article:

And that was the title of the article.....just how is the title to this thread misleading?????

Seems pretty accurate.

My bad, allow me to be more specific, again. The body of the title, written by the starter of the thread, is misleading. Yes the title alone just says that he was arrested but the content of the thread says "

Carrying a switchblade through an airport (link)".
that is whats misleading...

I still have no idea what your point is.  The article said he was arrested for breaking the law....carrying an unauthorized weapon.  Arrested is arrested. The thread title is accurate.  100%.

And,  an aside...everyone knows those things are illegal....just plain stupid to have it in an airport.

The body of the thread says that he was arrested for carrying a switchblade through the airport. The article says that he was arrested for carrying a switchblade in his luggage while going through the terminal. It was misleading because it gave you the impression that he was carrying it in his pocket. That's my point but yes he was arrested for carrying a switchblade.

This title is a little misleading; the article says that he had a switchblade in his luggage while he was going through a terminal...

Title is accurate. Title says he was arrested.

So what?  He still broke the law.  Switchblades are illegal. Period. In your pocket, in your luggage, illegal.

I never said that it wasn't illegal, I said that it was misleading to say that he was carrying a switchblade instead of saying that he was carrying a switchblade in his luggage while going through the terminal, nothing more, nothing less...

You said the title was misleading.

It is not.
