Curious, how does an "offline" draft work?

If you have a league were everyone is local you just meet at Hooters and start pickin.   Use old school stuff like paper and highlighters.

yes.  when I first started the league I didn't specify the details so it said "offline draft" for a while.

 

I know AutoPick gets a bad rap but I see some pretty good teams come from it with a few tweeks to the control panel to avoid the duds.

I'm pretty sure ESPN has fractional scoring set as default, but do you know this for sure PP?

 

Fractional scoring is definitely the way to go.

 

For those unfamiliar, a player would get .1 points per yard, as opposed to only 1 point per 10 yards.  That way, you won't get screwed if a guy rushes for 109 yards.  I had a game last year where I won by .1 points.  A game of inches.

I haven't used my paypal account in a while so I have to figure out if it still works.  If not I will email out my home address.  Usually I like to collect up front but most teams look to be regulars and a lot have already pm'd me to send them my address.  

 

I collected $900+ when I ran the 48 team leagues here a 5-6 years ago and everyone (well, the winners!) got their cash so I guess I'm as good a guy as any to hold onto it!
