I see you're a WVU fan so I'll keep my comments about that alcoholic, ignorant, overrated moron (whoops) to myself, but if you think he's fit to be an NFL Head Coach, you're quite the homer.

 

I see where you get eh Alcoholic part but the rest you have to explain. 

 

2007 OC for Texas tech led the nation in passing #2 in total offense

2008 OC for Houston led the nation in passing #3 in offense

2009 OC for Houston led the nation in passing  #1 in offense

2010 OC for Oklahoma St took  a #61 offense and finished the season as the #3 in passing and #6 in offense

2011 HC for WVU took a took a #58 offense the year before and finished #17 in the nation this while he was only supposed t be the OC the first year and a Orange Bowl victory

2012 HC WVU #7 in passing and #12 in the nation.

 

 

Not a bad resume if you ask me.

Holgorsen had a incident in a casino in WV.  He was drunk and being loud.  Then after that Stewart started leaking false reports to a reporter in Huntington that he had 6 incident with alchohol.  It came out later Stewart made up the six incidents to try to keep his job.  The only one that really happened was the casino incident.

It would be a cold day in hell before Jerry hires Sumlin. Which sucks because I would really want the guy. Ok so a couple of post were asking who Sumlin was before Johnny Football. Kevin Sumlin and Kliff Kingsbury made Johnny Football. At Houston Kase Keenum was lighting D's on fire and broke the NCAA passing record. Also a lot of OC's have left Sumlin(Holgerson) and Sumlin still puts up numbers.

All I know is that I want two things with our next coach...

 

 

I want a coach who isn't a "players coach" in the sense that he's more of a boss than a compatriot. His job is to manage 53 guys, not be their buddy.

 

 

I want us to go Offensive-minded. We've had too many D coaches who've ascended in our short history, and I think it's time for a change to get out of our mold to shake things up. Good or bad, the change is necessary imo. I've wanted a head coach for eight years now who isn't afraid to keep the pedal to the metal, step on the other team's throat, and not let up under any circumstances. Sadly, this has never been our team, and it shows on the field and the scoreboard.
