Talked to a Browns fan i know, said he remembered little to nothing about him from Cleveland Times, he did however say he's not a guy you want to play other than ST with the reasoning "Too White to Cover", sounds like Blackburn is being put off ST duties and Jacobs taking his place

If I recall correctly, Jacobs was the guy who got hit by the ball on a late punt - causing a near turnover - in preseason four.

Given our record with punts so far this season, I guess he'll fit right in :unsure:
