We are the 2012 KC Chiefs. We just need a change in scenery and philosophy.

I really did like Rivera and so did the players. But he was in way over his head. He should have remained a DC like Romeo in KC. Once we get a new Offensive mind in here for HC you will see a drastic change, I promise.

We're The 49ers waiting to break out. The Panthers need a strong coaching staff. This could be their last shot for a long, long time. Right now, we're being lead by Norv Turner-esque HC.

Hell at least Norv took the Chargers to the playoffs a few times.

Since I didn't see this before posting in the other thread, I'll just copy and paste:

The Chiefs are more than just a retooled team, they had the prefect storm.  An already talented D with studs at each level, a Pro Bowl running back in the prime of his career, and an offensive line made up of two first round picks, two second round picks, and a third round pick, all under 30,  They then got a capable quarterback, and an established head coach who didn't spend a single season away from the game.  That sort of situation doesn't come about very often.

    • I posted this in another thread but it's relevant here Stroud is not a bad guy. He had a great rookie season but he hasn't been the same since. And the last 2 weeks he has completely imploded and just looks beaten. The defense has carried that team.  Young had one of the worst rookie seasons in one of the worst environments in recent memory. Last year we also had a record breaking bad def. He has improved and in his lone playoff game he had one of the best games of the season.  Year 1 it was stroud no doubt over young Year 2 it was still stroud miles ahead but young was getting better after the benching Year 3 it might be a tie- after the playoffs Bryce might be in the lead.  I am not rooting against stroud, in fact I've been rooting for him. I want both to succeed. But stroud is seeing ghosts and as of right now if I had to choose between all the qbs chosen in that draft.... Bryce would be my #1 ( but definitely not by a landslide- he still has tons to prove and 2 years to do it)
    • Every route isn’t actually supposed to be thrown to.  Think that was Caleb just being young and greedy.   DJ Moore wasn’t even looking for the ball.
    • Wonder if this was a FO move or an ownership move. I do think it's a mistake.
