The team is aging and Josh Mcdaniels is a weird fit for their offense...they seem to struggle a lot since he has been the OC....not sure it is Tomlin thats the problem as I would take him as coach in a second...i want to run through my TV when I hear his locker room speeches..

easy to coach when loaded with talent...........in a weak division.
