Andrew Luck can't afford to fail.

Add me to the list of "yes please". Cam has everything it takes to be a great QB from what I can tell. He hasn't handled adversity as well as he could have the last two years because he isn't accustom to losing at all. No fault of his, he just has never really had to deal with it in his young career until recently.

He is learning to deal with it as the Panther organization is (hopefully) working on putting the pieces together around him to succeed. If for some reason the two don't come together, I think he would have great success in Philly. Chip Kelly may not survive in Philly and Cam may not survive in Carolina but i can't help but to think if you put those two together, nothing but great things would happen. Pipe dream of course, but hypothetically speaking it would be interesting to see.

Obviously we have no idea how Chip and Cam's careers will unfold... but I couldn't help but think how fuging deadly those two would be together after watching the Eagles in preseason and that game against the Skins.  Literally made me sick for a bit we passed up on him as our HC.  Cam is the perfect QB for Chip's system, and it's very similar to what Cam ran at Auburn (from what I understand) when he destroyed the NCAA.

You guys are already the 2nd best offense in the league.  You'd be ridiculous with Cam, a QB who actually has nasty open field running moves and built to take a hit--unlike the other mobile QBs.  RG3 and Kaep are fast, but they just seem to be straightline runners instead of juking defenders out their shoes.

Cam is already on a historic pace with a conservative defensive-minded HC... with Chip?  Damn.  Shady, Cam, and Desean would put up video game numbers.

So far the young qbs I'm highly impressed with: Russell Wilson, don't know how his footwork is but any qb who can throw a ball while running and falling and still get the ball to his Receiver is all right in my book, Cam, Colin, and I will even throw in the Bills QB, if he can stay healthy. Luck, IMO, is more slong the line of an Alex Smith but he is no Peyton. No matter how much those in the media hype him.

I was watching NFLN this morning and can't believe the load of BS they are selling us about Luck. I am completely disappointed with them trying to convince folks that the Colts was some struggling team before Luck came along. Let's be real, the team tanked it's 2011 season to get Luck. Anyone believe otherwise is foolish. They never had a decent QB and considering what the Owner is now stating, one shouldn't be surprised.

I have nothing against Luck but I fault those who seem to love dictating to us how we should see these players. All these so called Chosen QBs should be treated like the ones who are not so Chosen. Especially if they were drafted at number one. Why should Cam be anymore scrutinized and his every actions nit-picked because he was drafted at # 1, but Luck, who was also picked at # 1, is quietly getting the necessary help he needs to transition into a better NFL QB. We should be able to nitpick and scrutinize Luck the same way, especially since he's so chosen.

I don't know what "help" Andrew Luck is getting that any other QB doesn't get.  They have all QB coaches.  (Even Peyton Manning has had a QB coach every year that he has been in the NFL.)

I do think Luck has benefited (Just like Peyton and Eli) coming from a family who's Father played QB in the NFL.

When Chris Long got drafted Jake asked him if there was anything he teach him or answer.  Chris told his Father, not a da** thing!"  I don't see Andrew, Peyton or Eli ever saying that to their Fathers.

I also think that good players get calls going their way.  (There's a reason Michael Jordan only fouled out of 1 game in his NBA career!)  I think during their heyday, Peyton Manning and Tom Brady had calls go their way.  (Not that Andrew Luck is there.)

PS: I think it's ludicrous to argue who's a better QB so early in their career.  Just wait until they get to Peyton's and Brady's age/career then argue it.

Now, back to my point, if luck is not who is going to hold the torch so-called greats like Brady, Manning retiring people do? I believe this is all the luck supporters (not necessarily Colts fans) of the lens to see the world of football. It's like, if there is a place where luck fails, we football the sport. So, those who see it the QB position, which is very worth it, never necessarily meant as a special motion challenges. Will become a sport like football NBA, no lead guard, thermal coal players are allowed in the sports freaks? In short, I can understand why 'media' to hide or delay luck impending failure

I've read this post 6 times and still have no clue what the question/point is.
