Cam and 1st downs

What are the quotes from former players and coaches and do they speak for everyone?

Please provide links of this collective outrage by former players. I will look forward to it.

Tishmunga Biakabutuka - " I never celebrated on any of the 4 first downs I made"

Warren Sapp - " Celebrating on every tackle for loss, sack, big hit and defensive stop by shaking my ass is ok, but celebrating after converting a 3rd and 15 is so unprofessional!!"

Jimmy Clausen - " I never converted a 1st down , but if I did I would have celebrated it".

DO YOU NEED MORE EXAMPLES!!!!!!!!!   :)

You sure have collected a lot of quotes, I guess you should take it to aaron rodgers and get him to stop his celebrations too.

I've got advice for you. You don't say poo like this when cam is playing the best football of his career. You sound like a whiny baby.

omg I can't imagine how Cam made it this far without the likes of IamSoClutch standing over his shoulder telling him what he SHOULD be doing with his life, game or anything else for that matter.

I just wish you and Clutch would just get a room and get it over with.  This whole passive agressive behavior is just a front for the fact that you two just want to get down and dirty with each other.  Am I right?

LOL :ass:

uhm not sure bro, never crossed my mind.  you homo much?

edit:  i have no idea why i even acknowledged this weird off-the-wall post you made.  i think u may have some deeper issues.

but is she hot?

Like I said I've been critical of cams play. Never of his heart or his love of the game. You'll never see Peyton manning do that but ya know what.... He's having fun and he's enjoying playing football and actually winning for the first time in this league. Let the man enjoy himself and his team mates.

Like i said I've always been critical of his play and consistency but never his heart and love of the game. And lately u can't be critical of his play at all. The man is frigging perfect lately and he's really stepping up his game. Espn can suck it

That doesn't make herm edwards the gatekeeper of what you can or shouldn't do in the nfl. Are you serious right now? I'm questioning you intelligence tbh.

our debate is over. you just want to keep spinning poo. if you dont think herm opinion on anything NFL doesnt matter then there no reason to talk to you. you asked for an example i gave you one. if i would have named another you would say the samething

because he is a damn qb. rbs and wr might not score every game so they celebrate whenever they can. i just feel instead of celebrating for the 1st focus on the next play and reading the defense. yall act like im trying to take all the fun out. im talking about FIRST DOWNS damn

And Cam might not score a rushing TD or run for a first every game either. He was running all over the place last night, so there was more first down points than usual.

Cam only does it when he runs the ball, both his TD dance and first down point. Do you know why other QBs don't do it as much? Because they don't rush for first downs as much. You'll see Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady do a first down celebration when they get one with their legs, so why can't Cam?

My friends and I love the first down point. It gets Cam hyped, the crowd gets pumped, and I'm sure the team likes the enthusiasm.

Let it go.

    • His first season. I saw it with my own eyes, others saw it too. Old man Dalton had to come in to make the throw. I watch every game. You must of just missed it. He had another chance a couple of weeks ago from the 50 and didn't even attempt to throw it to the endzone....cause he cant.
    • I would say if they put Corbett back at center, that would be evidence of some kind of favoritism thing going on.  I would have to ask if our coaches are leaders of men.  So they bet not do some stupid stuff like that.  It would be one thing if Corbett had pedigree at the position, a probowler.  This dude has never been a good center in the slightest, and only looked decent at the guard position in the past. (Which I don't believe he ever had a fully healthy season as a Panther)    So this shouldn't even be a discussion if you're the coaches.  But again, Corbett never should have been the starter in the first place.  I know we're armchair coaching when it comes to these things, but before the season, I was rooting for Mays to win the position.  The guy played a key role in Bryce's surgence last year.  Why mess up that combination?  And they did mess up the combination by making Corbett the starter.  It could be we might of won against the Jags had Mays been the starter. (Yes, I believe it was that critical)  We know Mays went in late against the Cards, where Bryce began looking better at the end. (Though the Cards played soft coverage)  So all these things says Cade Mays is the better center for the team.  Yet certainly he is the better center for Bryce if nothing else.
    • He was our best YAC guy in 2023 and 4th in 2024(behind Hubbard, Sanders, Coker). He was a great and productive WR for us because he knows how to play the game, he had a connection with Bryce specifically and our other options have largely been atrocious.
