I have been a fan since 1996. Their second year. That year I moved to the Charlotte area from LA and my old favorite team the LA Rams moved to St Louis. I said screw them when they left after all the years I supported them despite their consistently horrible performance. Though I left the Carolinas in 01, I am still a loyal fan and do my best to watch every game. All 3 of my kids are Panther fans too. Monday night was really fun at my house!

First time poster, long time lurker. 27 years young, since inception. I live in Fullerton, Ca. Raised a Rams fan since they played here in Anaheim, my pops had season tickets. Once they left to St Louis in '94, football had already been established as my sport and I wanted to have my own identity. The idea of a new team, down to the color scheme appealed to me almost immediately. The rest is pretty much history.

First jersey was Cry Baby Collins :]

I started watching as a kid in 96.

I've seen it all, I've traveled far and wide to watch my boys live, I've spent way too much money on my jersey and hat collection. I'm there every year whether its at the bar or at the stadium being asked why I cheer so loud or why I care so much about a shitty team.

Oh and stfu to the dude that said look at someone's join date in the huddle. That's gotta be one of the most ignorant things I've ever heard.

born and raised in Charlotte.

Never was a fan of an NFL team until the Panthers came to town. My family was pretty hardcore Hornets fans, always had tickets when I was young.

I didn't become as hardcore as I am today until about 2006ish.

I was actually completely against us drafting Cam and yelled NOOOOOO the second they announced it. It scared the absolute poo out of me. We take a QB #1 over another position and hope and pray he can start immediately as a rookie? the thought of it terrified me. what if he sucks? what then? we will be stuck with Jimmeh picklez and Cam and then what?!

I am very glad to say I was completely wrong. Risky move, but I wouldn't want anyone over Cam right now.

Didn't find this gem we call the Huddle until 2010 I believe.

Started Watching them in 2002 when I was on a pop Warner team called the panthers. I was really hooked after they decimated the giants 23-0 in the playoffs.

NYer for life; Panthers fan till death.

They beat the giants 23-0 in 05.....
