Greg Hardy did not start today?

I have Greg on my FF team and saw this news bulletin did anyone know this?

 

 

Panthers RE Greg Hardy did not start Sunday's Week 13 game against Tampa Bay after being late to a team meeting.

Advice: Hardy was also fined and apologized to coach Ron Rivera following Sunday's 27-6 victory. Hardy finished the game with a sack and two quarterback hurries. Hardy is angling for a monster pay day in the last year of his contract.

Yes, I think about everyone knew this since it was announced right after the game.  And he missed the first two snaps so it was no big deal (I'm sure the fine hurt him more).

If you have rules, you can't make exceptions.  Late is late.  Start making exceptions to the rules for certain players and you'll lose the locker room quickly.

Kudos to Ron for putting his foot down even if it was just for a couple snaps. Also good to hear that Hardy apologized.

I am sure he is more upset about being late.  He is a leader on the defensive line and sets the example. 

 

He played like he was on a mission to redeem himself.   Should of had two sacks had the O-Lineman not held him.
