Tailgate(s) this weekend?

Me and the girlfriend are coming down from DC for the game this weekend.  It'll be my first game since week 16, 2011 (Christmas Eve blow-out against Bucs).  We're staying in a hotel uptown and walking over to the stadium on gameday.  Since the huddle no longer has official tailgates, does anyone have suggestions on public tailgates (or other places to hang out) pre-game?  The gf has never been to an NFL game (or Charlotte) so I want to do it right.

Since it's a Sunday game the Doghouse won't be able to sell booze before noon.  Keep that in mind.

The Shed is pretty cool place too.

My buddies are in this same lot but at the bottom of the hill and closer to the building.  it's a solid lot all the way around.
