baited?  The panthers were running to get in the 49ers faces as soon as the play was over.  They got right in the 49ers faces.  Boldin responded once, and should have been flagged for 15 yards.  But the panthers were the ones trying to set a tone of bad asses.  It didn't work.

I was hammered for the game but if I recall the first few penalties were accurate and dumb plays by us. That is what killed momentum.

well they could have ejected the DB who swung at our WR.  But they didn't.  They could have not flagged the sack by Skuta.  That was clearly not a penalty.

The 12 man wasn't called because the ball wasn't made ready for play yet.  It was the right call.

 

The head butt was a penalty.

 

The personal foul was a penalty.

 

The PI was PI.  He never made a play for the ball, and hindered the WR from getting to it. 

 

There was PI on the play before where Boldin was hit way before the ball arrived that was called.

 

Patton was pushed to the ground after a play and it wasn't called.

 

The helmet to helmet called against our linebacker on the sack of Newton was a JOKE call, and continued your drive.

 

You got 3 points out of what, 10 plays inside our ten in the first half?

 

We had three straight scoreing drives over 75 yards on your defense.

 

Your o-line was trash in the second half as we had 4 sacks.

 

Your coaching staff are idiots.  Cam took a BEATING in the first half, and never looked the same because of it.

poo, the announcers were uncomfortable with the refs by the half, and they're generally bandwaggoning fugtards (so 49er fans in this case). There's an article on nfl.com starting along the lines of "while Carolina fans have every right to be upset about the questionable calls.." while the front page had an announcement  for the NFC West "Dream Matchup!!".

 

You guys were gifted a game. Enjoy it and we'll see you on the couch next week after Seattle (once again) destroys you at home.

Then he's as dumb as you are. The penalty is for twelve in the HUDDLE. Not twelve at the line.

 

The rule is that a huddle cannot form with more than 11 offensive players. This is why intelligent QBs will wait outside the huddle until the substitutions are complete. Your QB didn't. That was a horrendous call. The ref should be fined, fired, executed, and shat upon.

Just save your breath. 49er fans are going to say that the game was called evenly because they came out on top. Panthers' fans are going to say they were not able to compete because of officiating. I try to find some middle ground.  If a NFL. com Article mentions that there were questionable calls, then I am going to side with them.
