I think the Lego shorts are funny...but dunno if I could make it through an entire film. And I've been collecting Star Wars Lego sets for over a decade.

This baby rivals Toy Story 3 for me.

This is exactly what I said after the movie and I agree 100%. I never was into Legos but I don't think this movie could have been much better. Probably my favorite "kids" movie of all time and I would say most adults would enjoy it more than kids.

Kids went in ambivalent, came out loving it.  I fell asleep twice.  But I glue my LEGO stuff together, so I have a slight bias against this movie to begin with.  Wasn't as funny as I'd imagined.  Still had a decent story.

Seriously. This movie was brilliant, funny and it had a ton of heart. The animation was outstanding too. Outside Batman: The Mask of The Phantasm and Batman Beyond: The Return of The Joker, this is like my new favorite animated movie of all time.

Kids loved it, I really enjoyed it.

 

Whats great is that it makes fun of movie storylines and consumer culture in a way kids won't really get, just absorb.

 

And the Falcon scene among a few other things made it great for adults too.

 

All the kids must have liked it, I expected to not be able to see the movie with a theater of figeting kids but they all were into it.

The voice-acting to that film was subpar.

 

it wasn't the best, but i liked the story line a lot better

 

mask of phantasm is great though, just softened for a wider appeal 

 

i've been watching a lot of dc comic movies lately.   the cartoons anyway.
