MKG and Biz

ZOMG we didn't draft a LeBron/Durant level guy with any of these picks our team sucks.

Biz & Kemba were the right picks.

MKG remains a good pick. I wanted Barnes or Drummond but neither of them are blowing up. Mike is an elite defender.

Zeller pick will look brilliant if he ever gets some playing time. He's a stretch four who fits perfectly beside Al.

Just two years ago everybody was clamoring to tank & get him.

You could make the argument of Vucevic and Klay Thompson over Kemba and Bizmack. All I'm saying is that neither player is a bust at all and are both still prospects because of their age.

I wouldn't take anyone from that entire draft over Kemba.

Biz was the right pick. That draft fuging sucked. Either draft some mediocre prospect who may develop into a rotational guy or gamble on a raw kid with the tools to become the best rim protector in the league

I wouldn't have either, I was just saying you could possible make the argument of those two over Kemba and Biz.

Have you looked at that draft class? Tell us who you would have rather we drafted.

In a redraft Kemba goes 1-4 & Biz goes 5-8.

http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/page/5-on-5-130102/nba-2011-redraft Some have Kemba in the top 5

http://nbadraft.net/forum/2011-re-draft Kemba actually falls to the 10th pick. Charlotte picks up Knight and Kanter.

http://doodlesports.com/2013/08/05/2011-nba-draft-re-draft/ - Kemba goes 5th.

neither of the two lottery drafts have Biz going in the top 14.

Hindsight is 20-20 and Biz was considered an elite shot blocking, rim protecting player.

Kawhi Leonard. Go ahead, tell me why that's an awful idea.

Nothing 20-20 here, use original draft rankings and make a selection that would have likely gone in the 7-10 area. This isn't a re draft, it's who else should the Bobcats have taken with the information they had at hand during that particular draft.

That's how I look back at the draft's, doing it any other way is silly and just plain unrealistic.

I'm still amazed how people loved Gerald Wallace but think MKG a bust.

They are the same player just MkG further along then Gerald was at that age.

And if you don't see the improvement Biz is making stop watching basketball.  You have ppl crying about Noel??

I bet anybody that over their careers Biz will be a better offensive player then Noel will ever be.

    • fuging awesome win all around, loved nearly everything I saw. Of course the Nets suck and we’ve won our opener like 10 straight season lol so it doesn’t mean much but better than losing or having certain young players look terrible.   Hopefully we can stay healthy can keep building.   Also, for at least a couple days, all 3 Carolina pro sports teams have winning records… When was the last time that happened? I think last time both Charlotte teams had winning records was 2018 but Canes I think were below .500 then
    • Me either. I actually thinks it's the worst thing that could have happened. The last thing we need right now is Bryce out for any length of time. We need him to play for the FO to decide, correctly or not, if he is the future of this team.
    • The game thread is stream of consciousness. I may or may not have made a tasteless remark I don’t recall.    I know that my reaction was mixed, , not sure if I thought it was a positive or a negative in terms of.the game.    What I do know is we don’t need him hurt in the middle of a year where the jury is looking to come in on his future. fug that we need him playing and healthy so it is a fair game evaluation wise.    That is absolutely the most important thing in my mind by a large margin. I am not happy he is hurt, at all.
