We are obviously restructuring our roster in year two of the Gettlemen era. This seems to me to be a year we take a small step back from last year much like the Colts and Andrew Luck but work out many kinks in our long term plans. We still may be a 8-8 9-7 team if the leadership can grow and continue to mature even with a not weaker but less experienced supporting cast. Rome wasn't built over night and neither will this mold for a championship caliber organization. We are about year and a half behind Seattle, San Fran, and Indy because of the Hurney era ending much too late.
