Is Kealoha Pilares a panther or a free agent

this may seem like a stupid question but im getting multiple answers regarding him. The last time he touched the football in a regular season game he scored a touchdown. I think he has potential IMO but im an idiot is he a panther or not?

I believe he is still under contract for this year. He was waived/injured, and came back to us on IR after clearing waivers.

Pilares has shown to be a playmaker (KR TD vs Lions) when he's been healthy enough to be on the field. Don't give up on him yet.
