Most NFL coaches can do a good job if given great pieces to fit their schemes but the great ones can tailor their schemes to fit the pieces that they have available. The Panthers haven't had any great ones. We've had a bunch of square pegs in round holes type of guys and every now and then we've assembled the right pegs to field some legit squads. Now with that said, what Canales was able to do after Bryce returned from his benching was pretty damn impressive. That actually gives me some hope we might have found a head coach.
