  1. Past hour
  2. Hmm King doesn't look too bad, with him and Pickett in camp and preseason Bryce getting a little kick in the butt to show he's at least obviously better than someone we can have for basically free. Dalton and Plummer were like the worst possible way to enter last years camp with BY already being paid and small and laid back.
  3. Today
  4. I like this guy, center fielder we've needed but not afraid to get in the box and hit someone, and can put on another 10-15 pounds and still play his style
  5. Yeah he said Luke was his favorite player. Now he will be in the building with him. Seeing them get their dream to being a reality Is almost the best thing about this week.
  6. UPDATED: 1. QB Haynes King, Georgia Tech 2. WR Kobe Prentice, Baylor (former teammate of Bryce @Alabama) 3. Malick Meiga, Coastal Carolina (Canadian) 4. T Albert Reese IV, Mississippi State (another Canadian) 5. G Isaia Glass, Vanderbilt 6. DE Aaron Hall, Duke 7. DE Isaiah Smith, SMU 8. DE Parker Petersen, Wisconsin 9. CB DeVonta Smith, Notre Dame 10. CB Cam Miller, Rutgers 11. CB Jaylon Guilbreau, Texas
  7. Ohio guy and he says he likes the film room, I'm sure Luke will like that and get in his ear and show him a few things that even coaches don't know how to teach
  8. I like how he can pull though, we've been missing that. Our guards are a little heavy for that style but he has a Jason Kelce, Kalil style, the guards can hold down the fort while he pushes out on those types of plays. He's basically those guys builds. Bull Rush in a pass set yeah may be an issue but he's got big guards to help with that
  9. Oh yeah. I didn’t catch that either. I guess whoever the current roster exemption is for the foreigners might be who they mean. Apparently the guy is the Euro or International scout along with the NE. Too tired now to run it down. well I looked but it is a bit of a google maze. I see the name Junior Aho but I don’t think that’s the guy he meant.
  10. let's see what the annual Blueprint epi shows behind the scenes It also could be more maturity in the HC role going into year three (has it been two years with Dan/Dave already?)
  11. Is the fact that our boys didn't take crap and fought right back at the cheap shots Ottawa did. Svech beating the poo outta that Ottawa bum, walker destroying the other Ottawa bum after the bush league uppercut. I know we got penalties for both, but that tells me our guys actually are sticking up for each other (unlike past years). I feel like this is the most toughness I have seen from our players in a playoff series in a very long time. Hopefully Boom isn't out too long
  12. Seeing mixed reviews of draft grades. PFF (and others) are saying A+. Sports Illustrated says C+ I'm leaning towards the more positive side
  13. What else are you gonna do with a 7th besides gamble it on a long shot? They are just about all long shots that late. But getting a solid ST guy that can be LB depth, I would consider that a win. Odds are that even if he somehow gets to be a starter he won’t be a long term starter. They’ll upgrade. He could eat off of being a ST/depth guy for a while though.
  14. No before that. The international player they discussed that it seems like we brought in from what they were saying. Sounded like Mozz. I assume its this guy but Kaye insisted on using a nickname most people would not know. https://www.panthers.com/team/players-roster/mapalo-mwansa/
  15. Only real concern I have is weight/strength related. He seems a little light and the guys across from him are huge and strong. Hoping that him being in between Hunt and Lewis will help him out.
  16. Dude, you're probably not going to find many big boards with Hill over Lee. Lee was correct pick based upon value alone.
  17. From memory, the S from SC that was still on the board. Forget his name. Pretty sure that’s what you are asking about. He said he didn’t want to speak on him because he didn’t scout him. Sidestepped.
  18. Ok, well better than nothing. Looks a bit awkward but willing to do the job so either he'll just be special teams for a few years or they can actually coach him up. I generally don't really like when we draft project players early but 7th round sure. I guess they're betting Devin Lloyd will buy them some time before they take a big swing at the position in the next draft or two.
  19. I like it overall. I don't value NT's much and really wanted Anthony Hill Jr in the 2nd. They hit on almost all of the positions of need imo DL, OT, C, S, etc. But overall I think Dan cooked.... B+
  20. Who were they discussing at first? I cant find any name similar to that.
  21. Great draft Wondering who they will let go cause well cap space is under 2 million Free agency was fantastic too
  22. Very true. It looks good on paper for now. None of the picks look like panic picks, unlike Fitterer. I'm happy we finally drafted a center. We've been playing guys off injury or out of position for nearly a decade. Biggest hope is now that Canales won't be calling plays, we can end up getting something out of XL inside the hashes where he has room to run and stop trying to use him on the boundary where he sucks.
  23. 7th round. Trade chart value near the bottom. Afterthought. He has good size and excellent speed and is a willing special teamer. Position group he joins has probably the lowest floor of all our groups. He has a great chance to make team. If he does, he’ll have eyes on him for ILB snaps.
