See above. I'll repeat what I've said before. Bryce is a limited quarterback. How much we can win with him consistently is a major question. But acting like he never does anything right, doesn't have good games and hasn't contributed to wins is intellectual dishonesty. You can indeed admit he does good things while still questioning whether or not he's the future.

Bryce most definitely had a bad game. That end zone interception is unforgiveable.

I think all options are on the table... But don't force a QB in the draft. See who lands where to us, and either way we NEED a veteran FA more than anything. Dalton is done.

Bryce is not an NFL starter. On the other hand, we are not going to be close enough to the top of the draft to take a QB in what is looking like a dwindling QB class. Injuries, lackluster seasons, too many underclassmen along with NIL is making the '26 QB class thin out quickly with many of the top guys returning to school. #Trey Lance

Bryce DID have a bad game. What game were you watching? He consistently missed players and threw an INT. He was bailed out of several others. He had some good plays but he was overall bad. Winning a game doesn't mean he had a good game.

So you are willing to draft one of these guys in Round 1 or 2? I haven't seen Moore but I really like Simpson and would love to take a flyer on him. The issue is. You're giving up a chance to take a quality defender that we desperately need.

There's a difference between having bad plays and having a bad game. Even good quarterbacks have bad plays. Hell, Favre generally had at least three or four "what the @#$&" plays a game. And so did a certain quarterback who used to play here just a few years back. Young did not have a bad game yesterday. And please don't give me the "we won in spite of him" bit because that is one of the stupidest arguments ever made.

I just think most people don't understand what Bryce does bring to this offense. His constant checks and adjustments, and dummy calls, and all those other things that announcers don't talk about routinely put us in a position to be successful. He is no small part of the running success we've had. I agree that his physical abilities are near the bottom of the NFL, but I'd say that's less than half the job, and becoming less and less important with each passing season. We've seen far more physically gifted players that couldn't get the job done. There's a reason for that. If were winning, don't change it. I like winning.

Yeah the team knows what Bryce is at this point and is just trying to limit the damage. God help us if we run into a team that can stop the run or Dowdle gets hurt.

We could have won this game with Rico in the wildcat, all other factors staying the same.

Chad Pennington had multiple 3k yard seasons and took two teams to the post season in a time when passing offense was much more limited. Bryce Young is not Chad Pennington. Pennington was an average QB. Bryce nearly cost us the game. In the same sense that JT Sanders helped us win the game, so did Bryce.

Not sure there is 1 QB I want from this draft (definitely not in the 1st round). Ty Simpson might fit DC's offense the best (among the projected top 8ish QBs), but I'm not sure he is a legit NFL QB. I'd rather them target a QB in the 4th or 5th. I think Sawyer Robinson can be a good QB if a team can fix his footwork mechanics - way too many throws off his back foot.

Thanks. You are a good sport and that is increasingly rare. They were great games for us. Dallas especially. And the team is getting better for sure. We think we may have had a great draft.

We are a QB away from being a really good team. We are so limited by Bryce and Andy. Give Canales a good QB and this offense would be so explosive. I can't believe there are still Bryce Young supporters. But then I look at the country as a whole and see people will support somebody no matter what.

Dowdle also had some receptions, as did the receivers (naturally). Did they throw those passes to themselves?
