Cousins isnt great and is over the hill but hes a steady veteran useful for installing a new system. Hell, they may draft a mid-rounder this year as a developmental guy with the idea he becomes the long-term backup and hopefully more down the line. Something that should be squarely in the table for us too.

I think it is funny that we label coaches without considering their circumstances. Bill Belichick has a .449 winning percentage as a head coach when Tom Brady was not under center. He will be a Hall of Fame coach. Stephanski, on the other hand, was asked to function in the shadow of the Watson crippling signing, one that he opposed (as it came out recently).
