Raheem Morris is the logical option. Hes already familiar with the defense, he was Evero’s boss and mentor. He is already familiar with the division. And apparently knows how to stop Tyler Shough so that’s a plus. I think Cooley follows Evero, I wouldn’t be opposed to Wash but I think there is more upset with Morris. I don’t think Flores is coming here. I wouldn’t be shocked if he backfilled Jesse Minter. Then again I could see Morris going back to LA to backfill Shula if he is hired.

This isn’t bad for us. He had a couple of good seasons with Baker, Chubb, and one of the best defenses in the last 5 years. Falcons have a bunch of guys to resign and are in QB purgatory. I think he’s competitive one year and gone by year 3.

As others have said, this isn’t a bad hire per se. ATL has a QB issue that will be Stefanski’s top priority. They also dont have a 1st round pick this year, so if the fumble FA, the draft and don’t find a reliable QB in a short time frame, he will be out of a job again. If he gets a decent QB there’s enough firepower there on offense for Stefanski to cook.

Lol, I don't care what DC we get, he's not magically going to make the JAGs we have on defense magically become the Texans/Seahawks D unless we somehow draft / sign a lot of talent

I wouldn't mock this hire, guys. Dude is decent. He got 'Teppered' in Cleveland. The front office/ownership screwed him over time and time again. He's actually a good coach. Remember, Cleveland was the only team that outbid Tepper for Deshaun Watson. Give him a decent roster and we could be looking at trouble.

Seahawks or Texans winning would make Tepper look like an idiot so I guess I'm rooting for either one, even if they both make the SB lol.
