3 games in a row of crap level football and that's with the usual begining of the season curb. Multibillion dollar industry and it's all toddler slap fighting. If that floats your boat then have at it. Nothing about this team looks like it will not be picking top 10 again. The biggest competition there is the continued devolution of the NFL into the low quality of the school leuge. I miss good football and not celebrating a loser winning a few ugly games.

its how all of his passing charts look getting bailed out by the refs throwing into a team without it's best corner isn't something to brag about "if you only count all the completions he didn't make" isn't the argument he thinks it is

We used to go to a video store named Endless Entertainment when I was a kid. Kind of a knock-off Blockbuster chain. Good times.

Ok, boss. It’s not like it hasn’t been a pretty consistent thing for to do a lot of barking and lecturing preseason….and then opting not to post when it it goes poorly (predictably so). you can call it complaining….but its really just being right about Bryce and the O for 3 straight seasons and again, just like I have entered every season saying it’s not about wins or losses….its not. Clearly we are a team that has spent all their resources on developing a healthy and functional offense….THAT still remains what everything is about. We aren’t built to be competitive by design. We have been throwing everything at the O. Penix being a trainwreck and us getting one of the few wins we would always stumble into doesn’t alter the convo about us going forward. The O is the convo in Carolina

Yeah this is my worst case scenario. And unfortunately I cannot put it past the Tepper's and Morgan who have a massive vested interest in justifying the trade and selection.

Many schemes where you have 4 receiver sets for example there will be an unblocked rusher by design. So it is inherent you get the ball out quickly. Plus the scheme we run is predicated on timing and throwing to spots not holding the ball looking for a wide open guy. Something Bryce had to learn and is still learning. So yeah Canales preaches getting the ball out and having good play action based on a good run game to make it easier for Bryce to succeed. We could use both Waddell and Hill here too.

Some frustrating drops by Tmac but he’s clearly the most talented WR we’ve drafted since DJ.

I was here the past two weeks while you dominated every thread with constant complaining. I decided I wasn't going to try even posting with all that negative crap. All of you would have found great amusement in trying to attack anyone with a more reasoned positive approach. So I waited until now to come here to celebrate a win. Not to champion Bryce. It was only after you and others make negative comments despite the huge win that I commented. I am a Panther fan not a Bryce fan or Bruce hater. I will support him as long as he is a Panther. After that he is largely dead to me. But again won't go back and forth. I have nothing to defend and just going to enjoy the win.

Bar is on the floor boss. And he remains way too inaccurate even in the most conservative asks of a gameplan.

Josh Allen is a playmaker and the closet thing to Cam Newton the league has seen. So yeah, Bryce isn’t…..just like Josh Allen Buffalo does not have better personnel than us across the board on offense. Their leading WR last year was freaking Shakir followed by a disappointing rookie season by rookie WR. We had the most expensive OL in the NFL last year. A rock solid backfield. With comparable WR talent. If give them a clear TE edge but it’s a wash given out OL investment. what they do have is a QB that makes everyone human in the field around him better.

30 to zip was an awesome sight to see and a W is a W but we could never stomp on the throat of our opponent offensively. Our defense gave us 12 points and our first drive was the only drive we scored a TD on that started on our side of the field. We had the opportunity add point at the end of the first half and to start the 2nd half. We did nothing with that opportunity and only thankful that Atlanta was out of timeouts or they could have cut the lead to 10-3. Canales/Young have to do better in these situations. Better teams will use that as an opportunity to get back in the game.

Nobody was glazing Jimmy Clausen like this and for good reason. It isn't everyone else's fault some of you have lowered standards for a #1 overall pick beneath the earth's crust.
-
Well, TMac looks good so far. Maybe there is hope?

I mean, Hampton is on pace for 1200+ total yards. I think he'll get it going on the ground, he's looked good as a receiver. The alarming thing about Jeanty is that he just puts zero effort in on plays where he's not the focal point. Now I'm sure he was accustomed to taking plays off on the field at Boise State because he was the entire focus of the offense and opposing defense but you just can't do that at the NFL level.

Thanks for posting this. It really proves how well Bryce played. Here's why: Bryce Young negated the Falcons’ blitz-heavy scheme (63% blitz rate) by getting rid of the ball in less than 2.5 seconds against extra pass rushers (2.46 seconds). Young finished 9 of 14 for 72 yards against the blitz. That's a 64% completion rate. That's big. So the chart shows he did exactly what he needed to do. Also, see that green dot at the left 20yd line. That was on a 4th and 7 at the Panther's 39. That's a clutch play. See that other white dot next to it, that was a perfect throw where the defender was called for pass interference resulting in a first down. See that long 40 yrd incompletion. That was in the end zone and hit Tet in the hands but the defender was draped all over him (should have been PI) and finally see that lone incompletion behind the LOS, that was a drop by Tet that would have gone for a big gain. So while you haters use it to prove how badly he played, I look at it as proof of how well he did. So again, thanks for posting it.

That was also in the wake of McDaniel overcoming bad offensive line play with tua by getting the ball out in less than two seconds and probably sounded good to tepper. “we don’t need olinemen if we just pass fast” etc, just like how we didn’t need receivers because Bryce was a point guard. but in miami McDaniel had waddle and hill, and a quarterback that could consistently put his back foot in the ground and throw to a spot. Theres none of that in Carolina. also Canales can’t coach

The "2 second" thing from DC is kindof a fallacy. It goes completely against what he showed in Seattle and most certainly in TB
-
I tell you what I do notice. You disappearing and only showing up under the safety of a Panthers win. Sorry Steve Smith Sr, but the bad offense is going to be a consistent topic. It’s literally what we have spent everything on and been focused on organizationally.
-
Delhomme did the same thing. There have been many game managers who take their team to the playoffs. Some have even won a superbowl.
-
we as fans needed that

Missed a great game. Watching surly pissed off Falcon fans parade out of the stadium after talking so much crap coming in was delightful. What a wonderful beat down. Who knows how things go down the road but yesterday was one for the ages.

Uhhh, first he's not a cat and second, he's not dead
