Miller is headed to Buffalo to join the Bills on a six-year, $120 million deal, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Wednesday. The contract includes an average of $17.5 million per year for the first four seasons and $51 million in guarantees, per Rapoport another Billy miss, that screwed up cap, and team.

Anyone who thought Manning, Sellers and, honestly, Moore coming out this year was just a pipe dream. You are right some of these guys will go back , but some are COMPLETELY fine being QB3, QB4 and even QB5 in this draft for '27. Is it better to give up a few million dollars in the short term or make millions more over the long term? If Joe Shmoe on the internet can figure this out, then certainly paid professional consultants can.

Too old for our window, too much, and doesn't fit our scheme unless we are getting rid of Evero and running a different defense.

It heavily rumored for the Panthers to be in all trade talks with the bungals over trey, but no team was willing to give up 1st and talk ended there. Then they fired up again and still no 1st or 2nd for a guy missing time with injuries. I personally think Dan was earning brownie points with Trey and his agent, "I always wanted you and tired my hardest to trade, but the bungals bungled". Great name in AJ Epenesa, he's going to get a bag and maybe the panther are the team. It seems they want to make at least one big splash. -
Why’s dom capers still on our payroll when he was at GB they’d won numerous super bowls if he would have had an even adequate defense they couldn’t stop anyone. Don’t know why he gets some sorta defensive savant treatment Or Jim Caldwell for that matter either

The best part is you build it to where X amount is guaranteed and split it across 4 years in bonus up front. But leave yourself some wiggle room year 2 just in case you need out of it. -

Best we can offer is vet minimum -
Yup she made him write a book about it https://raptinterviews.com/articles/panthers-coach-dave-canales-co-wrote-book-about-infidelity-binge-drinking-addiction-to-pornography

Oh poo. I didn't even know about this. Like I've said about Dave since we hired him.... Model looks, model brains.

Before I saw the projected contract, my immediate thought was "heck no". But 2 years, $50 million? I mean the top edge rushers are getting over $40 million per year. You're talking about a steep discount because the guy is past the typical prime and coming off an injured year. And the commitment is minimal. Based on typical contract structures, we could likely get out after 1 year in a worst case scenario. But if he's even 80% of the guy who led the league in sacks 2 years in a row? It'll be a bargain and would transform our defense. We could finally have a decent pass rush with Hendrickson, DBrown, Wharton, and Scourton. I can't envision another single free agent that could have as big of a potential impact. -
Probably even lower.... Given his admitted multiple infidelity

I think he gets AJ Epenesa. He was Director of Player Personnel when he was drafted in Buffalo. -
Lol yeah. I remember. Bull in a China shop persona too. No tact. I loved him when he took Star and KK I thought we were really on to something. I needed more and more chaser to swallow his bullshit as time went on.
-
Hey I’m pulling for the guy. Hope gets another job and moves tomorrow. I just don’t see it happening.
-
Well he wasn’t allegedly to that cavinder twin he dated at Uga lol

I was a big Gettlegut supporter until the Josh Norman situation. I broke clean for his handling and didn't care for him at all, but glad for his 2017 draft. He didn't want to pay Josh, but tagged him. Then he didn't get ANY trade value for a guy that gets the highest CB contract in the NFL?? Washington was ran by Scot McCloughan world class talent-knower and big booze hound. Then Dave used 3 out of the 5 picks on CB after he had no choice since Free agent period was over. Just a blunder of mistake and he should have been fired over the handling of it. Just like Josh play on the tag and 99.845012% Panthers finally have back2back winning seasons, you *****!!

I think Shula, Minter, and even Evero have a decent shot. Could see McCarthy as an odd ball pick even though he doesn’t fit the mold. He’s from Pittsburgh and grew up a Steelers fan. Would make things interesting if Rodgers came back.
-
Yes. But it looks similar. .382 winning percentage in fights with his wife.
