Parsons is highly productive (arguably the best in the NFL), and he is a locker room leader. I can understand the rationale of not wanting to pay him, but painting him as some kind of troublemaker and bad teammate doesn't pass muster

I would not like this move at all. I feel Brown is severely underrated here. He still shows up and gets the job done. Bringing on double and even triple teams. Our defense was deplorable last year. Brown missing was a large part of that. I don't like Parsons fit as far as attitude or compensation. Brown has been a favorite player of mine in his time here and has given me no reason to think otherwise.
